Center for Awakening has been bringing food to families in poverty area's of Central America, India, Brazil, United States since 1997.
Often in very poor areas in the world families resort to selling an eldest child to be married to a wealthy older man or the sex slave market in order to keep the familiy alive. Dud to often $2 and hour wages and rapidly increasing cost of living and food, families struggle with basic neeeds.
Bringing food boxes can get a family through a season without selling off children to be sex slaves.
